Jason Savino is one of three brothers that run the day-to-day operations in the highest positions in the dealership with their father: Rich Savino, the Dealer Principle. Jason graduated from the University of Scranton with a Masters degree in Business Administration. He than went on to work at the largest advertising agency in the world, Ogilvy & Mather in Manhattan, for roughly 3 years. As the All American Auto Group was growing in terms of size and locations, Rich decided to bring Jason into the family business as the Marketing Director to oversee all marketing, advertising, social media and digital operations throughout the group. Jason has been in his current position since October 2015. Having grown up on Long Island, Jason's favorite sports teams are the New York Islanders, New York Mets and New York Giants. Lee Dell'Olio is a Sales Manager and has been with All American Subaru since 2022. One of Lee's first cars was a Ford F-150 and he currently drives a Maserati. He graduated from Howell High School. His favorite sports team is the New York Yankees and Giants, and favorite movie is The Martix. Lee is actually a DJ in his spare time.

Nick Savino is one of three brothers that run the day-to-day operations in the highest positions in the dealership with their father: Rich Savino, the Dealer Principle. Nick was a Business Management major at St. John's University. His first job was at Old Navy as a clothing folder. He joined the family business at an early age and worked his way up through the Service Department. He's been the Fixed Operations Director (in charge of Service and Parts) for the All American Auto Mall in Old Bridge for years now. He has helped turn the location into the #1 Ford Service Center in New Jersey. Having grown up on Long Island, Nick's favorite sports teams are the New York Mets, New York Giants and New York Islanders.
Phil Bogdan is the Subaru Service Manager and has worked at All American Subaru since 2017. His first vehicle was a 1998 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS Coupe and he currently drives a 2007 Cadillac CTS-V. He grew up in Aberdeen, NJ and his favorite sports team is the New York Mets, favorite movie is Heavyweights, and favorite musical artist is Driveways. Phil’s happiest moment in life was when his kids were born, he is an avid bowler, and he likes to go with his wife to Wall Stadium to watch the car races.
Dave Marino is our Parts Director and has been with the All American Auto Group since 2016. His first vehicle was a 1968 Mercury Cougar and he is currently driving a 2018 Ford Explorer. He graduated from South Plainfield High School. His favorite sports teams are the New York Jets & Boston Celtics, favorite movie is Mighty Python and the Holy Grail and favorite music artist is The Beatles. His first job was working as a dining assistant at the Plainfield Country Club and his dream job is to always keep obtaining. Tom Dolise is our Subaru Parts Manager and has been with All American Subaru since 2015. He graduated from SUNY at Farmingdale. His favorite sports team is the New York Giants, favorite movie is Pulp Fiction and favorite music artist is Nirvana. The first job that he had was at Quiznos and his dream job is to be a pro athlete.

Chris Savino is the oldest of three brothers that run the day-to-day operations in the highest positions in the dealership with their father: Rich Savino, the Dealer Principle. Chris was an Economics major at the University of Maryland. He has been the General Manager across the All American Auto Mall in Old Bridge (Ford, Subaru, Isuzu, Jerr-Dan Tow Trucks) for many years now. He prides himself on keeping his management staff consistent to ensure the best customer experiences time and time again. Most of his managers have been with the All American Auto Group for at least five years.From growing up on Long Island, Chris is a huge sports fan and roots for the New York Yankees, New York Giants, New York Islanders and New York Knicks.
Iryna Obolonchyk is a Subaru Sales consultant and has been with All American Subaru since 2012. She is currently driving a 2016 Subaru Forester and 2019 Subaru Ascent. She graduated from Pedagogical College in Ukraine. Her favorite movie is Avatar and favorite music artist is Whitney Houston. The first job that she had was working as a cleaning lady and her dream job is car sales or to be a stewardess. Iryna enjoys traveling, people and animals.
Jon Zois is a Subaru Sales Consultant and has been with All American Subaru since 2012. The first Subaru that Jon had was a 2015 Legacy and he is currently driving a 2017 Subaru Impreza. He graduated from Kean University. His favorite sports team is the New York Yankees, favorite movie is Groundhogs Day and favorite music artist is Weird Al Yankovic. The first job that he had was working as a little league umpire and his dream job is to be a major league umpire. Jon has bowled over 200 twice in his life.
Thomas Muscaro is a Subaru Sales Consultant and has been with All American Subaru since 2023. The first car that Thomas had was a 1997 Chevy Blazer and he is currently driving a Honda Civic. He graduated from Old Bridge High School. His favorite sports team is the NY Giants, favorite movie is Jaws and favorite music artist is Queen. The first job that he had was working at McDonalds and his dream job is to be a Football Coach.
Dylan Leif is a Subaru Sales Consultant and has been with All American Subaru since 2023. The first car that Dylan had was a 2013 Jeep Sahara and he is currently driving a 2020 Ford F-150. He graduated from Marlboro High School. His favorite sports team is the Chiefs, favorite movie is It and favorite music artist is Luke Combs. The first job that he had was working as a Paintball referee and his dream job is still to be determined!
Jenna Kahn is a Subaru Sales Consultant and has been with All American Subaru since 2024. The first car that Jenna had was an Infiniti G37x and she is currently driving an Acura ILX. Jenna graduated from Stockton University. Her favorite sports team is the NY Giants, her favorite movie is Halloween, and favorite music artist is Drake. The first job she ever had was babysitting and she paints in her spare time. She has a dog named Gracie and she is inspired by her parents!
Angie Rossi is a Sales Consultant and has been with All American since 2020. She graduated from Manalapan High School. Her first car was a 2007 Ford F-150 and she is currently driving a 2017 Roush Mustang. Her favorite sports team is the Pittsburgh Steelers, her favorite movie is Midsommar and her favorite music artists are Chris Cornell and Lil Peep. Angie loves to read, she read 34 books last year and hopes to beat that this year!
Connor Cadigan is the All American Subaru Love Encore Specialist and has been with us since 2018. The first Subaru that Connor had was an Impreza and he is currently driving a Subaru Impreza Sport. He graduated from Allentown High School in New Jersey. Connor's favorite sports team is the St. Louis Cardinals and he enjoys listening to Jimmy Page. The first job that he had was working as a vacuum salesman.
Victoria Reich has worked as a Receptionist at All American Ford since June of 2025. Her first vehicle was a 2024 Subaru Impreza that she still drives today, and she graduated from Seton Hall University. Her family are big Mets fans, favorite movie is The Matrix and her favorite music artist is Adele. Her first job was as a camp counselor, and she loves to read in her free time (thriller and sci-fi genres). Victoria looks forward to helping you with your vehicle needs!
Marlin Eshak has worked as a Receptionist at All American Ford since June of 2025. She currently drives a Hyundai Elantra and graduated from Rutgers University. Jumery Gamino Leon has worked as a Receptionist at All American Subaru since July of 2025. She currently drives a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, graduated from Perth Amboy High School and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Liz Triola is a Subaru Service Advisor and has been with All American Subaru since 2017. She graduated from Hillside High School. Her favorite sports team is the Mighty Ducks, favorite movie is Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and her favorite music artist is Alvin and the Chipmunks. The first job that she had was at Carl's Lunchette and her dream job is to be a wine taster. Liz was a contestant in the Little Miss America competition in 1969.
Melek Halil is an Assistant Service Manager and has been with All American Subaru since 2021. The first Subaru that Melek had was a Forester and she is currently driving a Ford Edge. She graduated from Old Bridge High School. Her favorite sports team is the NY Yankees, favorite movie is Fast & Furious and favorite music artist is The Weekend. The first job that she had was at Walmart. Also, Melek means Angel.
Katie Mistretta is a Service Consultant and has been with All American Subaru since 2023, and was a recipient of the Subaru Shining Star award in 2025. The first car that Katie had was a 2006 Subaru WRX and currently drives a 2004 Subaru Forester XT. Her favorite movie is Bridesmaids and favorite music artist is Illenium. Katie's dream job is to work for Subaru of America. Katie loves changing her hair color every couple of months.
Casey Ferrante has worked as an Automotive Service Advisor since 2024 and grew up in Bernardsville, NJ. Her favorite sports team is the NY Yankees, favorite movie is Tangled and favorite music artist is Toby Keith. Her happiest moment in life was seeing her little sister for the first time. She can do a back flip, and for fun, she is an avid reader, plays with her dog, and enjoys going to the beach. She was also a gymnast for 10 years and was mainly self-taught. Ashley Nocciolo is a Service BDC Consultant and has been with All American Subaru since 2013. The first Subaru that Ashley had was an Impreza and she is currently driving a Forester. She graduated from Piscataway High School. Her favorite sports team is the Orioles, favorite movie is The Notebook and favorite music artist is Everlast. The first job that she had was a cashier, and her dream job is to be a food taste tester.
Jon Marrero is a Ford Parts Specialist and has been with All American Ford since 2014. He is currently driving a Toyota 4Runner and graduated from Old Bridge High School. His favorite sports team is the New York Knicks, favorite movie is Avengers: Infinity War and favorite music artist is J.Cole. The first job he had was working as a dietary aide and his dream job is to open up his own sneaker store. Jon owns over 150 pairs of sneakers.
Jose Saravia is a Parts Specialist and has been with All American Subaru since 2017. Jose currently drives an Acura TSX. He graduated from Plainfield High School. His sports team is FC Barcelona, favorite movie is The Dark Knight and favorite music artist is the J. Cole. The first job that he had was at Burlington Coat factory. His dream job is to be a professional Soccer Player.
