In light of the rapidly-shifting nature of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we want to update you on our efforts and offerings that can help you during this time.

As a recipient of the prestigious Subaru Love Promise Custom & Community Commitment Award, our top priority has always been and will always be the safety and well-being of our customers, staff, vendors and overall community in which we operate. We would like to remind everyone of the stellar procedures and offerings already in place for some time now as well as additional precautions we're taking.

STORE WIDE:

  • Our showrooms are temporarily closed due to the executive order from the State of NJ. However, we are allowed to sell online/via email/over the phone and deliver vehicles to customer's homes or arrange for curbside or service lane pickup at our dealership.
  • Our service departments will remain OPEN to assist first responders, emergencies and customers in need of repairs. Please call to check on hours and availability prior to coming in.
  • We're offering complimentary oil changes for doctors, nurses, first responders and military / National Guard personnel that drive Subarus, due to genuine manufacturer part availability.
  • We have implemented more rigorous cleaning procedures with our daily staff members.
  • Our cleaning crew is performing daily thorough cleanings using products that have been approved as effective disinfectants against the virus.
  • We have additional hand sanitizing stations at all major guest and employee touch points.
  • We now offer a complimentary, certified clean sanitizing spray solution for your vehicle with any service, new car delivery or mobile test drive. With the use of this EPA registered technology, harmful germs and microbes are safely eliminated and your vehicle gets a clean and healthy fresh start.
 

SALES:

  • We offer online tools for you to fully purchase or lease a vehicle online. From valuing your trade to structuring your deal to applying for finance. We are here to help you over the phone or via email along the process if needed as well. Learn more about our VIP Experience here.
  • We offer complimentary home delivery or can arrange for curbside or service lane pickup at our dealerships.
  • Subaru Motors Finance (SMF) is offering some amazing programs and incentives that we can help you take full advantage of during these uncertain times for relief. Customers can take advantage of 0.0% APR financing for 63 months on all popular models (excluding Crosstrek) and even defer their first payment for up to 90 days from the contract date on retail contracts. When we re-open, we'll be happy to help you take advantage of these programs!

SERVICE:

  • We're offering complimentary oil changes for doctors, nurses, first responders and military / National Guard personnel that drive Subarus, due to genuine manufacturer part availability.
  • We use plastic wrap over the full driver's seat and the steering wheel when your vehicle is brought in. As well as a paper floor mat.
  • We offer complimentary service pick-up and delivery. We can even bring you a loaner vehicle. This service may be limited during this time, please call and confirm.

PARTS:

  • We offer a comprehensive online parts and accessories store where you can order whatever you need. You can elect to pick it up in store or have it delivered right to your house.
